Bring your flight operations, engineering, quality and information security teams into the same conversation. See how the technical record is captured, authorised, corrected and shared.

Discuss your approval and audit requirements

01 / OPERATOR APPROVAL

Your operation.
Your approval process.

Approval concerns the operator’s use of an electronic technical log, with its procedures, configuration and controls. Software features alone do not establish that approval.

We help you examine the workflow and supporting evidence with your quality and continuing-airworthiness teams. Your applicable authority’s requirements shape the evaluation.

Use the discussion to cover record retention, access, authorisations, corrections, connectivity, backup and recovery, alongside the transition from your existing technical log.

For example, UK CAA CAP2153 guidance covers the aircraft technical-log approval process in section 1.1a.2.3. Confirm the requirements applicable to your operation with your authority.

INTERNATIONAL OPERATIONAL EXPERIENCE

Proven in live aircraft operations.

Converge has been in daily operational use for years, with operators ranging from single-AOC regional airlines to multi-AOC groups running under several national authorities at once. Between them they cover scheduled, low-cost, charter and business aviation flying.

Operators run Converge under the UK CAA, under EASA member state authorities, and under national authorities across the Middle East, North Africa and South Asia.

That breadth brings practical knowledge of different fleets, procedures and operating environments to your implementation. We work with your teams on the configuration and evidence needed for your own operator approval.

02 / TRACEABILITY & CONTINUITY

The controls behind the record.

Audit trail of activity

Trace activity around the technical record through recorded authorisations, device-session information and correction history. Review who authorised an action, when it was signed and the changes recorded through the correction process.

Authorised actions

Signed operational actions carry the authorising user and timestamp. Device-session records provide supporting device and session context.

Controlled corrections

Post-sign-off changes follow a separate correction workflow with request and sign-off authorisations. Original and updated field values are recorded in the correction details, preserving the history of the change.

Core records, available offline

Core technical-log records are held on the device so crews can continue working through a connectivity interruption. While the app is active, synchronisation retries automatically when connectivity is available.

In your evaluation, walk through authorisation roles, document availability offline, confirmation of receipt and backup or recovery procedures on the devices you intend to use.

03 / INFORMATION SECURITY

ISO 27001 certified.

NVable Europe Limited’s information security management system is certified to ISO 27001:2022. The scope covers the provision of Converge SaaS through mobile devices, websites and data handling.
